I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me, no matter how busy they were. The location was fantastic – right in the heart of Gangnam with easy access to the underground and close to a lot of great nightlife. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

This hotel has great the food and location. You can relax at Hooters Gangnam, located nearby. Walking distance to Sinnonhyeon subway station. We really loved Le Meridien Seoul from the moment we entered.

Wonderful Staff, Fantastic Rooms, Great Location, and Yummy Breakfasts! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were stunning and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby. We also loved the yummy breakfasts!

The staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The rooms are well designed and have a great shower. Breakfast at the hotel is of a high standard.

There is no lounge in the hotel where you can sit and relax. The meals from the "a la cart" menu were not up to standard. The airconditioning on my floor did not work properly.

The staff! Very nice and very helpful. It was a mother and daughter shopping trip (we are from the UK but live in Busan) and we were treat like VIPs by all staff members. Apart from the lady in the gift shop who followed us around and treat us like we had just landed from another planet!! (We have lived in Korea, various locations for 12 years!).

Spacious rooms with beautiful decor. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious cuisines from around the world. Great location with shops and cafes nearby. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood with a convenient location to the business district. You can access the downtown area by crossing a bridge on the 14th floor. The surroundings are quiet and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. They even served breakfast in the room free of charge when we missed the breakfast time. The rooms are well-equipped with great facilities, and some rooms provide a nice view from their balcony.

The hotel is not within walking distance of a major shopping district.

Gym, spa, and pool are nice. Great services from friendly staff. Garden restaurant meals are fantastic. Deli Bar is convenient. Ritz Club breakfast is nice. Manager provides exceptional service with room upgrades and personal touches. a wonderful experience.

This hotel is incredibly luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a high-tech toilet and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and the gym had many machines. The huge breakfast room had hundreds of options, and the art throughout the hotel was magnificent. The Korean translation services were helpful for navigating around the city, and there were two fantastic dining venues on-site. My stay was amazing with the only downside being the high cost of the cafe's cappuccino.

My five-night stay was pleasant, and the junior suite had a fine room, but during an event, an elevator was blocked off for guests, and it took me about 10 minutes to catch an elevator. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas here and enjoyed their amazing breakfast spread! Loved that they had fresh juices and a variety of pastries. , the staff were really friendly and helpful with recommending local spots to visit. The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The hotel room was also very cozy and had a great view of the city.

The gym was a bit small and crowded, which made it difficult for us to work out comfortably. the pool was also quite busy and we weren't able to enjoy it.

Spent my Xmas there and the festive ambiance was amazing, with beautiful decorations and live music. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the coffee was some of the best I’ve tasted. The hotel is located near a main shopping street and several restaurants, perfect for exploring the area. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small and lacking the amenities expected in a hotel of this price range. The bathroom was cramped and the shower was weak. Also, the gym was not well-maintained and equipment was outdated. while the Xmas atmosphere and location were great, the room itself left something to be desired.
